First Stop London
Phase 2 of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment opened its doors in early 2023. A grand revival of an iconic piece of London architecture tackled by architects Frank Gehry, Foster and Partners and Wilkinson Eyre.
For 15 years it’s been a privilege for Model Works to work with this team delivering Marketing Assets in the form of Scale Models, CGIs, Animations and Interactive Apps for BPS. This culminated with our Immersion room created for the launch of Phase 2.
Second Stop Oslo
Following Model Works success at MIPIM 2011 and excited by our Dublin Media Model HAV Eiendom AS commissioned us to create an exciting infrastructure Media Model for Oslo Harbour.
This success of this model inturn led to the commissioning by the Avinor AS of one of our largest interactive installations which sat proudly in Oslo Airport.
Third Stop Qatar
The recently completed Msheireb project in central Doha marks the tenth anniversary of the Model Works series of Media Models for this exciting project.
It’s so satisfying to think that our Media Model contributed to the marketing success of this outstanding and innovative project.
Fourth Stop Kuala Lumpur
Reaching further East, our Media Models have been used by property developers and real estate agents alike.
In KL two of our Media models were unveiled to great fanfare at the launch of Eco City for S P Setia.
Fifth Stop Melbourne
Stopping in sunny Melbourne to visit Glenvill and the Media Model created for Yarrabend, a housing development in Alphington, Australia.
This interactive piece came with an iPad control App system still used today.
Sixth Stop New York City
58 Saint Mark’s Place, based in the famous East Village of Manhattan Island, we visit one of our state based projects.
A bespoke residence finder application that linked with multiple media screens, online database integration and a real time 3D model.
Seventh Stop Casablanca

Model Works had the privilege of building an interactive master plan media model for redevelopment of that famous airport.
Eight Stop Portugal
In collaboration with TripleSky we created this interactive villa finder, touch screen and media wall controlled application linked to a bespoke interactive media model.
The creation of a high fidelity 3D environment using Unreal Engine to showcase these mediterranean high end villas in their idyllic setting.
Final Stop Dublin
Working closely with the Quintain Ireland, Sherry FitzGerald and Design Factory teams we created this Residence Finder app for Cherry Lane.
The app is an ideal tool for off plan sales, this web based application works across any platform from Marketing Suites to mobile phones.
