The Project
Nexus is a new logistic distribution centre being developed off the M2 by IPUT with an objective of setting new benchmarks for sustainability, design and wellbeing to do better for a new generation of logistics occupier.
Model Works was appointed by IPUT to provide Verified Photomontages and CGI views to support their planning application and following a successful grant, CGIs and an animation were created to help drive their sales and marketing campaign.
Nexus Logistics Park is ideally located just off the M50 with easy access to the airport and Dublin port. It sits on 64 acres of prime land with 795,000 square feet of warehousing capacity. Five state-of-the-art units with market-leading sustainability credentials.
Nexus uses innovative construction materials that reduce carbon footprint. Striking, contemporary design that lets in daylight and conserves energy. Woodland planting that cuts noise pollution and protects biodiversity.
